What is HR Outsourcing?
HR Outsourcing is when a business uses the services of a third party to take care of its HR Functions. As our client, you may outsource a few or all of your HR related activities depending on the extent of your requirements. By choosing to use HR Outsourcing, you can significantly reduce costs and recover valuable time currently spent dealing with HR issues. In addition you would be protecting their business by engaging the services of a qualified and accredited HR Professional to undertake these crucial business related activities on your behalf, as opposed to “making-do” with limited or no in-house professional HR advice.

Navigating the employment minefield and understanding the need to comply with statutory requirements is an ongoing battle for all businesses. It is a battle which must be won as failure can lead to disputes and ultimately defending cases at Tribunals. This failure can be an expensive error of judgement for a business, not just in terms of the negative publicity associated with Tribunals but also the legal costs.
